The noise generated in industrial production labor mainly comes from machines and high-speed operation equipment. In general, the noise in the factory floor is mostly 75~105dB, and some parts are below 75dB. There are also a small amount of workshop or equipment noise level of 110~120dB. Jin Ge Technology provides WEB-based multi-level management and mobile APP-based mobile monitoring platform. The fault alarm information can be notified to the management personnel in real time through voice, SMS and WeChat. Based on the remote IoT management platform, when the administrator confirms the alarm or fault information, it can trigger remote control and linkage to reduce the degree of harm in time.
