[Solutions]
(1) Check whether the heartbeat package and the heartbeat response package in the configuration software are set up, and whether they are set correctly;
(2) If the device uses the Internet of Things card, the alarm number should not be set, and all alarms should not be checked.
(3) The timeout time on cloud platform should longer than the acquisition period of the equipment.
